MMACI
- Merchant Marine Academy of Caraga, Inc., is a rising educational institution in Southern Philippines that aspires to bring first-class maritime education to the Northern part of Mindanao. Its founding takes form from the association of noble causes among change makers, dream weavers, and forward-looking maritime professionals way back in 2017. This paved the way for the official founding of MMACI in 2018, taking ground as a maritime educational institution.

ASMI
- ASIANA SHIP MANAGEMENT, INC., is a private corporation duly registered under the laws of the Philippines. It commenced to have existence on November 17, 2005 upon issuance of its certificate of Incorporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). To carry out its purpose, ASMI applied with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for a license to recruit, process and deploy seafarers abroad.

- Health Metrics Cebu Inc., established in 2018 under the name Cebu Healthspec Medical Diagnostic and Dental Clinic, Inc., expanded its services to cater to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), especially seafarers, through partnerships with Cebu Reliable and Excellent Seafarers Training (CREST), Inc. in 2021 and Health Metrics, Incorporated (HMI) in 2024. The clinic was rebranded as Health Metrics Cebu in April 2024, emphasizing a renewed focus on excellence and innovation in maritime healthcare for Filipino seafarers nationwide.

BLUERISE HOLDINGS ENT CORP.
