• The vision of being able to give back to the profession that has provided the family utmost opportunities is one of the reasons why the CEBU RELIABLE and EXCELLENT SEAFARERS TRAINING CENTER (CREST) INCORPORATED was conceptualized. A gathering of respectable Maritime practitioners on the summer of April 30, 2010 discussing among themselves the future of the maritime profession through the inculcation of excellent learning coupled with state-of-the-art practical training has been the stepping stone of what CREST is now today.
  
  With main office at 4th Floor, DG3 Corporation Bldg., 72N Escario St., Capitol Site, Cebu City, CEBU RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT SEAFARERS TRAINING CENTER, INC., (CREST) provides STCW Mandatory training for basic, advanced, refresher, updating trainings and practical assessment for Maritime Professionals, serving both the domestic and international sectors. CREST brings outcome-based approach in its training.
